Coronavirus (COVID-19)
The COVID-19 world-wide pandemic is a serious health situation. The top priority of the MCGA is to assure the safety of its members and guests. The MCGA follows the recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) during our outdoor public golf events and expects its participants to do the same. At a minimum all players should limit their time around one another, stay at least 6 feet from one another and observe the local mask mandates.
It is the responsibility of each golfer to understand the symptoms of COVID-19 and take proper measures before putting the health of fellow players at serious risk. Generally if you feel sick, stay at home. But, in the event of an exposure each person should self-quarantine. And in the case of a positive COVID-19 test that individual must follow self-isolation actions before attending another MCGA event.
If there is any question by a member with regard to the above, please reach out to any MCGA Board member or complete the following form that will be directed to the MCGA Board. Please act responsibly.
